Cedar Grandfather Chair

This Victorian era 1880s Australian Cedar grandfather chair was made in a time when cedar forested most of the NSW coastline. The detailed carving shows the level of craftsmanship in the colony. This chair is reupholstered in a fine linen/cotton blend with a highlight cream double piping.
The frame repairs and polishing were done by Michael at Rotheraines Restorations.
